We offer several shipping options, including economy and express deliveries. The available methods will be displayed at checkout. Couriers:- Orders within Malaysia: J&T Express
- International Orders: Economy deliveries via PosLaju or Express deliveries via DHL Express
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is provided at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.- Orders within Malaysia: 1-4 business days
- International orders: Express 3-4 business days, Economy 14-21 business days
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.Order Tracking

Shipment Issues
Natural Mystik is not liable for shipment issues, such as service interruptions, delays due to weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, as well as any damages or loss during the delivery process. In the rare event of such issues with your order's shipping, please inform us at naturalmystik.art@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the matter by liaising with the courier company to the best of our ability.
Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Returns Due to Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
