For Miracle Festival 2026 — an annual psytrance festival set against the mountains of Miaoli, Taiwan — we were trusted with full creative control over the DNA Stage, the event's second stage running around the clock. Our team built the stage from scratch, using bamboo and stretch fabric to create a striking and intricate geometric installation. The stage featured layers of solid, mesh, and cut-out white fabric, combined with UV-reactive printed fabric weaving through the bamboo frame, and a seamless, waterproof canvas roof sheltering performers and equipment within. At night, UV lighting transformed the structure into an immersive, otherworldly scene. We also designed and built the festival's Art Space, a smaller-scale structure in a similar style for the festival's workshop and wellness area. White as the primary colour was a deliberate choice throughout: clean and understated by day against the majestic mountain backdrop, and the perfect canvas for light by night.
